Participation in a triathlon or any other endurance race is NOT required to be a part
of our club. If you can’t do one (or two) of the training disciplines, that’s okay.
There’s duathlons, aquabikes, relays and just plain running for those who don’t want to
or can’t engage in all training disciplines.

Introductory Startup Sessions, Swim Skills, Bike Skills and Run Skills
sessions are scheduled individually as needed.
Training sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or other situations.
While we do our best to keep to schedule, cancellations or delays are announced by text messages only.
Detailed training workouts plans are e-mailed weekly to members.
